Complementing the town's vision for the future, the proposed Shops at Tangerine will be bring new shopping, dining and entertainment options to Marana and the surrounding community, including department stores, theaters and restaurants, large-format retailers and specialty shops and boutiques. Currently proposed as a mixed-use development, The Shops at Tangerine will blend regional and power center shopping development with complementary uses such as automotive and hotel.

 

Location: Strategically located west of I-10 at Tangerine Road in Marana, Ariz.

 

Developers:

Westcor, a subsidiary of Macerich® (NYSE: MAC), is the lead project developer. Staubach AutoGroup will develop the adjacent auto mall.

 

Timing: The project is currently in the initial entitlement and development stages.

 

Size:

The Shops at Tangerine encompasses approximately 275 acres, including a proposed 125-acre regional shopping center complemented by 90 acres of adjacent auto development.
